A number of educators recently nominated Kate Cohen and me for Digital Innovation in Learning Awards, in the Listen & Learn category, and that really made our day. We were asked to make a brief video for the DILA panel judges to review, and we'd like to share that with you here:
Candidates in the Listen & Learn category are defined as follows: "Responds quickly to reported problems, employs a successful feedback mechanism for users and incorporates pilots and user feedback in product or initiative development."
That's our baseline level of commitment to our customers, and we work hard to go above and beyond that every day. Our core values include transparency and collaboration, both internally and with the educators we serve. While our schools named Kate and me for the award, the entire company is deserving of the nominations—no one at TeachBoost works in a vacuum.
Equally deserving of accollades are the thousands of educators we engage with over the course of the year. It's a delight to be in contact with so many passionate, creative teachers and school leaders who provide us with the feedback we need to build a better teacher effectiveness platform for all. We couldn't do it without you.
