I'm always curious. How do you think this experience of social distancing, etc. will change the face of education and coaching in particular? #educoach
Kenny McKee hopes it'll chip away at some resistance to video debriefs and check-ins:

Replying to @KathyPerret
My hope is that we'll all be more comfortable with video debriefs and check-ins. Being in multiple schools that would be more timely then when I'm physically there and more time efficient than trying to do so over e-mail. #educoach
Jim Knight believes more professional learning and coaching will be done online:

Replying to @KathyPerret
I think a lot more professional development will be done virtually. #educoach
Mel Cunningham asks if we'll see a push for more blended learning with students:

Replying to @KathyPerret
Great question! I'm wondering if we will really focus on making sure work is more meaningful. Also, I think building students' executive functioning skills. That has been an eye-opener for many teachers, I know.
Alison Walker wants to see more collaboration among educators outside of the buildings they work in:

Replying to @KathyPerret
Hoping it will result in more across-school conversations. I am excited to facilitate a Virtual PLC with four teachers of the same course from four different high schools tomorrow. As their coach, I know these four educators will thrive together.
Sherri Humphrys believes video coaching will be an alternative option to in-person coaching to reduce time wasted traveling across buildings:

Replying to @KathyPerret
Time wasted traveling will be reduced. I'm seeing increased collaboration in this virtual world than prior. Some of this is out of necessity and some because it's just convenient. The use of video calls are very effective for coaching.
Lindsay Deacon hopes organizations become more environmentally friendly ♻️:

Replying to @KathyPerret
On a very small scale, I'm hoping it will help people realize they don’t need so much paper! 🤷🏼♀️
