My hope is that we'll all be more comfortable with video debriefs and check-ins. Being in multiple schools that would be more timely then when I'm physically there and more time efficient than trying to do so over e-mail. #educoach

Great question! I'm wondering if we will really focus on making sure work is more meaningful. Also, I think building students' executive functioning skills. That has been an eye-opener for many teachers, I know.

Hoping it will result in more across-school conversations. I am excited to facilitate a Virtual PLC with four teachers of the same course from four different high schools tomorrow. As their coach, I know these four educators will thrive together.

Time wasted traveling will be reduced. I'm seeing increased collaboration in this virtual world than prior. Some of this is out of necessity and some because it's just convenient. The use of video calls are very effective for coaching.
