It's our number one priority to ensure that all schools that use TeachBoost have the necessary help at their disposal when needed. Questions come up—and we understand the need for quick answers to get you on your way. That's why we have several different methods to get help when you need it, as described below.

Live Chat

The best way to get an immediate answer during "extended" business hours is the TeachBoost live chat functionality. You can open the live chat by clicking the "Live Chat" button in the upper right corner of TeachBoost.

Note: The live chat is not visible on the observation tools at this point. To get to the live chat, leave the observation (click "View Summary") and you'll see the button in the upper right of the screen.

Schedule a PD Session

Whether you're new to TeachBoost or a seasoned vet, there's plenty to learn regarding the updates to the platform. We're constantly improving the site, with major updates occurring in the summer, so schedule some time with one of us.

Online Office Hours

Some of you may have heard about our in person office hours during the summer; we're extending that practice to the web every afternoon in September. From 'hangouts' or chats where we'll be available via phone and the web to share our screen and help you with questions or clarify how to do something on TeachBoost.

  • Dates: Daily from September 3–September 20
  • Time: 3:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.

No advance registration required, visit at the designated time and we'll be there!

On Demand Videos/Recorded Webinars

You can watch a full online recording of a professional development session to learn exactly how to use TeachBoost throughout the year. Move along at your own pace, skipping around to focus on the areas important to you. We'll be producing smaller, bite size help videos to learn how to use certain features on TeachBoost in the coming weeks.
